Privacy policy

1. What this covers

This policy explains what personal data Print-It 26 handles when you use the service at https://printshop.getmethatfile.com, and the choices you have. It covers both account holders and the people whose details you store in your shop, such as customers and vendors.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, shop name, role and sign-in metadata.
  • Shop content: quotes, orders, invoices, proofs, materials, customer and vendor records you enter or import.
  • Billing data: subscription status, plan and payment identifiers. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Technical data: log entries needed to run and secure the service, such as error reports and request timestamps.

3. Why we use it

To provide the service you subscribed to, authenticate users, send transactional email (quotes, proofs, invoices, notifications), take payment, support you, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your shop content to advertise to you.

4. Processors we rely on

  • Cloud hosting, database, storage and authentication for the application itself.
  • Stripe for subscription billing and card payments.
  • An email delivery provider for transactional messages.
  • Intuit QuickBooks, only if you connect it, to push invoices you choose to sync.

5. Where data lives and how long we keep it

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and isolated per shop, so one shop cannot read another's records. We keep your content for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after it ends, after which it may be deleted permanently. Backups roll off on their own schedule.

6. Security

Access is protected by authentication, role-based permissions and row-level security in the database. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Only the people in your shop, and the limited staff needed to operate the platform, can access your records.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete the data in your shop at any time using the in-app tools, or ask us to do it for you. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

8. Contact

For any privacy question, or to request deletion, email us at support@print-it26.com, or use the support link in the app. See also our terms of service.
